Christa teaches a gentle flow class inspired by personal experience and her trainings in various forms of Hatha Yoga, including Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Anusara and Vinyasa Flow, integrating moments of focused exertion with peaceful stillness…and tying it all together with the rhythmic syncing of breath and movement. She skillfully blends intelligent sequencing, conscientious alignment, breathing (pranayama) and meditation with an easy-going yet practical approach.

Trained and Certified in the United States (RYT 200), Christa has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for four from Maryland to California, Hawaii, Panama and now here in Peru where long days spent in the sun and water are balanced out on the yoga mat.
